Current Event Due 2/15

 

Fourth Grade Information:

S.S.:  We are using the Netbooks to research and create a travel brochure for the State of PA. 

Sci.:  We are discussing the life cycle of a plant. 

ILA:  Critical Thinking: figurative language, mood, vocabulary, etc...

Science:  Students are learning how to outline.  We are focusing on plant reproduction.

Social Studies:  We are exploring culture in society.  

5TH Grade Homework:

Social Studies:  Current Event due on 2/10

Science:   If you can, please send in post-it notes and loose leaf paper.  We use both in the classroom and our supply is running low.  Thank you for your help! 

We are starting a choice project.  This will be completed mostly in school.  Today, students listened to the project's directions and examined the grading rubric.  The project will last two weeks.  I will specify when work can be done at home.
